Can't see plan details in your Sunday account
If you're logged into getsunday.com but your order history, tracking info, receipts, upcoming shipments, or My Plan page are nowhere to be found, you're probably signed into a different account than the one you used to purchase.
Happens more than you'd think. Here's how to sort it out:
- Check which email is currently logged in. Head to the account settings in your profile to see the address you're signed in with.
- Make sure that email matches the one you used to place your order. If you're not sure which email you used, check your inbox for a Sunday order confirmation. That'll tell you exactly which address to sign in with.
- If you're in the right account but still can't see your plan or order details, this guide on signing in to your Sunday account may help. (You can also review the account management section for a full list of account-related guides.)
A helpful note on Google Sign-In
We added Google Sign-In to make logging in a little faster. But if your original purchase wasn't tied to a Gmail address, signing in with Google creates a brand new, empty account. Nothing's lost. Just sign out, then sign back in using the email address from your order confirmation instead.
If you need to update your email address, reach out to Customer Support.
If you're logged into your account on getsunday.com but are not seeing information related to a recent order (tracking info, receipts, upcoming shipments, the "My Plan" page, etc..), you may not be logged into the account associated with your purchase(s).
To ensure you're using the correct account, follow the steps below:
1. Check Logged-in Email: Go to the 'Account' tab in your profile to see the email address currently logged in.
2. Verify Your Account: Ensure that you're logged in with the email associated with your recent purchase(s)
We recently introduced a convenient Google Sign-In option to streamline the login process. However, please note that if you didn't make your purchase via a Gmail account, this feature may not be applicable to you.
