Do I need to wait for soil test results to apply fertilizer in my Custom Lawn Plan

That's actually the whole point of sending the soil test alongside your first shipment. You don't have to wait around for lab results before giving your lawn what it needs.
That said, if you can complete the soil test before your first application, even better.
- Results take about 2-4 weeks after the lab receives your sample
- Once those results come back, we use your specific soil data to further personalize your plan
- If your soil needs something different, future shipments get adjusted
