Unsatisfied with seeding results and seeding help
If you're not getting the results you expected from a recent seeding application, we’d love to assist you!
Our Yard Advisor team is here to help diagnose any issue(s), as well as provide personalized recommendations for products and/or practices that can help!
The best way to get started is to send an email to [email protected] (with the subject line Seeding Intake Form) and be sure to include answers to the following questions:
- Do you recall the exact date the seeds were planted?
- What was your watering routine for the first 2-3 weeks after planting?
- Did you apply any pre-emergent herbicides to the lawn this season (commonly found in 'weed + feed' products), and if so when?
- Did you apply any other products to the lawn (Sunday or third party) in the few weeks before or after seeding?
- Please send a close-up photo (at the grass blades, soil to tip) as well as a far-away photo of these problem areas. No need to zoom-in a high-quality close-up picture will be best.
If you aren’t sure how to answer any specific question, or it does not apply to your situation, simply disregard it!
Once we have your answers and pictures, we will work together to find the best solution for your lawn!
