How to report damaged or missing orders
If you believe that an order has gone missing, we first recommend checking your account page for tracking information, found here.
Note, large orders may be split into multiple shipments.
If your order is deemed missing or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. Please note, a photo may be requested to complete your inquiry.
Sunday liquid nutrient pouches are triple layered, as well as sealed in a ‘polybag’ for additional protection during shipping. Finally, we use corrugated cardboard dividers to prevent movement within boxes.
We carefully document all reported damages; the safe and secure delivery of your order is of the utmost importance to us!
