Delivery and shipping FAQs
Shipping Partners:
We ship all orders via UPS or USPS. The exact carrier may vary per shipment, depending on certain factors like estimated delivery times. Our system simply chooses the most affordable/convenient shipping option at the time your order is ready to go!
If you have any issues receiving packages from a particular mail carrier due to your residence, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
Questions/issues regarding a current shipment:
You’ll receive an email complete with tracking information when your order is shipped. This information can also be found on your account page.
If there’s an issue or delay with your order we recommend reviewing tracking details first, as weather or other delays have been known to impact packages after they have been handed off to the carrier. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
Questions/issues regarding a future shipment:
Most Sunday Plans include multiple shipments throughout the growing season. Information about any upcoming shipments/charges can be found on your Account page. At Sunday our goal is to ship you what you need, when you need it.
Note, your My Plan page will display all nutrient applications for the season, even if you have not received them yet. If you have additional questions/concerns, please contact our Customer Service team.
