Simply go back to the start page and use an alternate nearby address that's recognized. This could be a business or another residential property. This step will ensure the proper climate and soil details are associated with your account from the start.

Once a profile is created (no purchase necessary), contact our Customer Support team and share your correct address and we will finish setting up your profile to make it ready for purchase. Please let us know your estimated lawn size as well in your message.
