Payments and refunds policy FAQs

How can I pay for Sunday products?
Sunday accepts all major credit and debit cards (excluding pre-paid gift cards), as well as Google Wallet/Apple Pay; transactions are processed through Stripe. We look forward to offering additional payment options in the future.

How do I update my credit card information on file?
​​Updating your payment info is simple! Just head over to your ​​​Account Page, look for the 'Payment' selection, and click 'Add or Change'.

How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds should generally appear back onto your bank statement within 2-3 business days. In rare cases refunds can take up to 10 business days. If this time has passed, please reach out to our support team and/or your financial institution for assistance.

What if the credit card I used for my purchase is no longer active?
Refunds can only be issued to the original card used for purchase. If the card is no longer active (or you've closed the account entirely) it is still up to the financial institution to ensure the funds end up back in your possession. In the most extreme cases, this could result in a paper check being issued. Sunday has no way to send funds back to you other than through the card you used to purchase.
