How do soil test kits work with Sunday granular lawn plans
Granular fertilizer is a new addition to our custom offerings. Just two applications get you growing for up to 115 days—which means less work for you and your large lawn.
While we don't currently have boost products available for granular fertilizer, knowing more about your soil is always a good thing! For example, understanding your soil's Cation Exchange Capacity—or its ability to retain water and nutrients—can inform your watering techniques. Or if you learned that your soil is low in a nutrient like calcium or iron, you'll be happy to know that your granular fertilizers are already adding some of what you need! Over time, increased organic matter and root material will improve your soil greatly.
A soil test is just one piece of overall lawn health, and adjusting your soil takes time. Adjusting/reviewing cultural practices like watering, seeding, and mowing can be extremely valuable in the short term while the overall soil health gradually improves.
