How to report damaged or missing orders

If your Sunday order is missing, head to your Orders and Subscription page to check tracking.

One heads-up before the panic. Large orders often ship in multiple packages, so check that all shipments have arrived before reaching out.

If something's genuinely missing or damaged, contact our Customer Service team and they'll get you sorted. For damage reports, keep your phone handy in case they need a photo.

We build our liquid nutrient pouches with three layers of protection and seal them inside a polybag for shipping. Boxes also include corrugated cardboard dividers to keep things from bouncing around in transit. We take every damage report seriously and document all of them.
