Payments and refunds policy FAQs

Sunday accepts all major credit and debit cards (pre-paid gift cards excluded). All transactions are processed through Stripe. No PayPal yet, but more options are coming.

How do I update my card? 
Head to your Account Page, find "Payment," and hit "Add or Change." That's it.

How long do refunds take?
Most show up on your bank statement within 2-3 business days. In rare cases, it can take up to 10. If you're past that window, get in touch with our support team or your bank.

What if the card I used is no longer active? 
Refunds go back to the original card you paid with. If that card is closed, your bank handles getting the money to you, which in extreme cases might mean a paper check.

We can only send refunds to the card you used at checkout.
