Returns and damaged product replacement policy

Once a Sunday order is marked "Order Committed" or has shipped, we do not process returns or refunds.

Instead of unwanted product going to waste, we ask that you use it or share any unwanted orders with a neighbor or friend!

Now, if your order arrived damaged, leaking, or just plain wrong, that's a different story. We'll replace it. Reach out to our Customer Service team and they'll get it sorted.

Same goes for missing items. You can report damaged or missing orders here.

We don't process refunds on damaged products, but we always make it right with a replacement.
