What: A custom soil test kit is included with all Custom Lawn Plans. It will be used to measure your macro/micro nutrient levels, pH, organic matter, and cation exchange (CEC).

When: For ideal results, collect your soil test first before applying any products to your lawn. You do not need to wait until the results are uploaded to your profile to apply your first round of nutrients however. Soil test results will be available on your account page approximately 3-4 weeks after the lab receives the sample.

We're unable to track individual soil samples through the testing process at this time. You'll receive an email notification from us once your soil analysis has been uploaded to your profile. To see if your soil test results are available, click here. If it's been longer than four weeks since the lab received your soil, or you believe the test was lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team.

Why: The pouches included in the first shipment are already tailored to your lawn size and regional soil information. However, once we have the results of the soil test they will be used to further customize the pouches you'll receive in your future shipments, if a nutrient deficiency is detected.
