Sunday refund and return policy
Yes, you can get a refund from Sunday if you cancel your subscription before your shipments start processing. You'll get a full refund for anything that hasn't hit "Order Committed" status yet.
Already received some boxes but not others? You'll be refunded for the ones that haven't shipped. The ones already on their way (or delivered) are still yours to use. Every Sunday plan is built for your specific lawn, so we can't accept returns on shipped products, even if they're unopened.
What if I want to skip instead of cancel?
-If you've paid in full and want to skip a shipment, you'll get store credit for the full value of that shipment instead of cash back.
What about a la carte orders?
-Those move fast. If you ordered something by mistake, reach out immediately. The cancel window can be hours, not days. Once shipping kicks off, we can't issue a refund.
