Sunday custom plan refund policy
If you cancel your subscription, you'll get a full refund for any pre-paid shipments that haven't started processing or marked as “Order Committed” status.
If some shipments have already gone out and others haven't, you'll only be refunded for the ones that haven't been initiated. Because every plan is built specifically for your lawn (your soil, your grass type, your region), we can't accept returns or issue refunds once shipping has been initiated.
If you've paid in full for your season and want to skip a shipment, you'll receive store credit for the full value of that shipment rather than a cash refund.

Ordered something by mistake? Reach out right away. A la carte orders move fast, and the window to cancel before shipping is initiated can be a matter of hours, not days. Once shipping has been initiated, we can't issue a refund.
