Will Sunday work for my grass type
Sunday's nutrients aren't designed for a single grass type. They're built for (almost) all of them.
Whether you've got a cool-season lawn, a warm-season lawn, or honestly aren't sure, our products work the same way across the board.
Not sure what you're growing? Here's a Grass Identification Guide to help you figure it out.
Cool-season grasses we work great on:
- Kentucky bluegrass, tall fescue, fine fescue
- Velvet bentgrass, Idaho bentgrass
- Perennial ryegrass (when it's mixed with other grasses)
Warm-season grasses we work great on:
- Bermudagrass, Zoysiagrass, St. Augustinegrass
- Centipedegrass, Buffalograss, Bahiagrass
- Kikuyugrass, Paspalum grass
Lawn alternatives like clover and kurapia? Check the product label first, and skip applications when plants are flowering to protect pollinators.
Three grass type exceptions to Sunday suitability:
- 100% perennial ryegrass needs higher-input fertilizers than we provide
- Colonial bentgrass is a golf-course-level maintenance grass outside what our products cover
- Creeping bentgrass is the same deal—it needs more than we're built for
