Unsatisfied with Sunday results and lawn problem help
If you're not getting the results you expected so far, or your lawn is experiencing some unknown issues, we'd love to assist you!
Our Yard Advisor team is here to help diagnose what’s ailing your lawn, as well as provide personalized recommendations for products and/or practices that can help!
The best way to get started is to send an email to [email protected] (with the subject line Lawn Intake Form) and be sure to include answers to the following questions:
Timeline
- When did the issue show up?
- Have you experienced this issue in previous season(s)?
- Have you applied any other products outside of your Sunday applications this season?
Watering
- How many days a week do you water?
- What time of day do you water?
- Do you have an irrigation system, hand water or use a hose-end sprinkler?
- How long do you water per session?
Photos
- Please send some close-up* photos (at the grass blades, soil to tip) of the problem areas as well as some far-away photos of the lawn overall. These will be extremely helpful in our diagnosis and getting your lawn back on track.
- *No need to zoom in: high quality close-up pictures will be best
