Unsatisfied with Sunday results and lawn problem help

If your Sunday products aren't doing what you hoped, or your lawn is throwing you a curveball you can't quite figure out, the best move is to email the team at [email protected]

Our Yard Advisor will dig into what's going on and give you a personalized game plan. Email works better than text or calls for this because lawn problems need photos, history, and context that's hard to squeeze into a text or call.

Pop ""Lawn Intake Form"" in the subject line and include whatever applies from this list.

  • When the issue started, whether it's happened in past seasons, and any other products you've used on your lawn

  • How many days a week you water, what time of day, how long each session runs, and whether you're using irrigation, a hose-end sprinkler, or hand watering

  • Close-up photos of the problem spots (grass blades, soil to tip, no need to zoom in) and a few farther-back shots of your lawn overall

Skip anything that doesn't apply.

If you think you're dealing with a pest, the Turf Pest Guide is worth a look too.

And if you're wondering whether things just need more time, this article on lawn care timelines is a good gut check.

Lawn care is a long game, and sometimes patience is key to getting to the actual fix.

One heads-up on photos you share: They may be used in internal training or external educational materials by Sunday.
