Monterey® Garden Neem Oil works safely on both indoor and outdoor plants to control pests and prevent disease. Use throughout your garden on:

  • Roses, flowers, and ornamental plants
  • Indoor houseplants
  • Trees and shrubs
  • Fruits and vegetables

When to apply Monterey® Garden Neem Oil

Apply during the growing season when pests are active, choosing early morning or late evening for best results. Avoid applying when:

  • Temperatures exceed 85°F
  • Bees or other pollinators are present
  • Rain is expected within 24 hours

How to apply Monterey® Garden Neem Oil

1. Prep the bottle

Shake well before each use.

2. Choose your approach

  • For active infestations: Spray directly on affected plants covering all plant surfaces and paying special attention to undersides of leaves where pests hide.
  • For prevention: Regular applications will help prevent pest and disease issues. Apply lighter applications on areas prone to pest problems.

3. Apply to plants

Spray from 3-4 feet away until leaves are covered but not dripping. Be sure to coat both upper and lower leaf surfaces, including stem joints.

4. Maintain protection

Reapply every 7-14 days depending on pest pressure. Use weekly applications for active problems, or every other week for prevention.
