What is Weed Warrior?

Our fast-acting herbicidal soap dehydrates weeds on the spot. Just point, shoot, and spray! It’s non-staining and non-selective to eliminate weeds, grass, algae, and moss. Plus, it's OMRI-listed and approved for organic gardening.

When to apply Weed Warrior

Apply Weed Warrior any time of the year when weeds are actively growing. For best results, apply when weeds are small or just beginning to grow.

How to apply Weed Warrior

Before spraying, remove flowering heads of weeds to protect pollinators, and hand-pull larger weeds—anything over 5 inches tall.

Spray weeds

Point the nozzle at the target weed, and apply thoroughly to the leaves, stems, and top of roots—complete coverage is needed for effective control.

For larger or deep-rooted weeds, split the top of the root first and spray the damaged root thoroughly 20 times.

Spot-treat weeds across the lawn, making sure to spray weeds completely.

Let it dry

Let Weed Warrior fully dry—the longer it can dry on weeds, the better result you'll have.

Results will be visible within 20 minutes, but full results may take up to 24 hours.

Repeat

Continue to treat weeds as needed throughout the growing season. Repeat treatment in 2-3 weeks for stubborn weeds.

Weed Warrior quick tips

  • Treated areas can be reentered as soon as weed control is dry.
  • Don't apply as a broadcast application to the lawn.
  • Re-apply if it rains within three hours of application, or if you accidentally water your lawn after application.
  • Wait 5 days before replanting treated garden areas, and and wait 1 week before reseeding treated areas.

Weed Warrior is designed to eliminate any unwanted vegetation. It's effective on grassy weeds like crabgrass and bluegrass, broadleaf weeds like chickweed and dandelion, as well as moss, algae, and lichens.

How do I use weed control with other Sunday products?

Weed Warrior is made to work with other Sunday lawn products, custom plans, and other Sunday products. When applying with other products, let it dry completely before doing anything else to the lawn.

For best results, use in combination with fertilizer and grass seed. This will help you feed properly, reduce weeds, and introduce better grasses to your lawn. Wait 1 week after applying Weed Warrior to seed your lawn.

How and where do I store weed control?

Store this product upright with the cap closed tightly and the wand set to ‘off’. Do not store in excessive heat or freezing temperatures. If you store for a while, shake the mixture before use for best results.
