INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, apply in spring or fall when temperatures are between 55-75°F. Apply Weed & Green as prevention, then spot-treat breakthrough weeds with Dandelion Doom.

Apply Weed & Green: Attach sprayer to hose, turn on water and valve. Apply evenly across lawn, avoiding hardscapes. Let dry completely and reapply every 3-6 weeks up to 2x per year.
1. For prevention: Apply in early spring when average temps reach 50-55°F
2. For existing weeds: Use anytime spring through fall
Apply Dandelion Doom Concentrate: Mix herbicide concentrate and water in herbicide pouch. Attach motorized wand sprayer. Spot treat weeds in lawn and landscape. Let dry completely and reapply every 4-6 weeks up to 4x per year.

Will Sunday lawn weed control products harm my grass?

Not these formulas! Both are iron-based and lawn-safe weed killers.

Weed and Green can be applied before weeds begin to emerge, even to dormant lawns that aren't yet green and growing. The iron formula of Weed & Green may cause temporary discoloration of grass. But don't worry! Any grayish color is temporary, and grass will return to its natural green as it grows. Overall, these products help your lawn by eliminating weeds while providing iron that supports greener, healthier grass.

Any weed killer application tips or precautions?

Avoid spraying iron-based weed control on hardscapes as it may stain concrete or pavers. Apply when no rain is expected for 24 hours for maximum effectiveness, and let applications dry completely before allowing foot traffic on the treated lawn areas.

Are there any US states where this is not approved for use?

I followed all the instructions and recommendations for best application, and sadly, I haven’t seen any difference in our weeds.

We're sorry to hear that your weed control results aren't as expected! Here are some Best Practices to follow for best results. 1.) Try to apply on a sunny day. While not mandatory, sunshine will improve the efficacy and speed of our herbicides. With sunshine unfiltered by clouds, our herbicides will work even better. A rainfall within 3 hours after application can make the herbicides ineffective. Optimal temperatures for application are between 50F to 85F. 2.) Apply when the weeds look healthy. When weeds are stressed or injured, weeds release hormones to recover. These hormones make herbicides less effective. Hormones are also released if weeds are mowed; we recommend not applying on the same day you mow. 3.) Apply the leaves liberally. Our herbicides just need to make contact with the leaves to work; trying to apply to the roots won't be effective. For best results, you want the leaves soaked, but not to the point where the herbicides is dripping off the leaves. 4.) Know the age of the weed. Older and established weeds will likely require more applications. For older weeds, we recommend doing multiple applications on the same day; just let the leaves dry out in-between applications.

So Far So Good
