Fire ants and harvester ants are relentless. But they're also predictable. They forage, they share, and that's exactly how this bait gets them. Spinosad comes from a naturally occurring soil bacterium. Stinging ants find it, carry it back to the mound, and feed it to the colony. Within days, the queen goes down and the mound follows.

How to use

Apply when ants are active, in dry conditions typically above 60°F, early morning or late evening.

For mounds: sprinkle 4 tablespoons around small mounds, 6 tablespoons around large ones.
For prevention: broadcast ⅓ to ⅔ cup per 1,000 sq ft.
Keep bait dry. Do not water in. Let ants carry it home.

For heavy infestations, reapply as needed. For prevention in warmer months, broadcast every other month to keep new mounds from forming.

How do I apply Fire Ant Fighter?

Timing matters. Apply when fire ants are foraging, above 60°F, early morning or late evening. Sprinkle 4–6 tablespoons around mounds depending on size. For broadcast prevention, use ⅓ to ⅔ cup per 1,000 sq ft. Keep bait dry; don't water it in.

Can I use this with other Sunday products?

You betcha. Apply liquid lawn or repellent products first and let them dry completely, then place bait. The key is keeping the bait dry. If it gets wet, reapply.

Is Fire Ant Fighter safe for kids and pets?

Spinosad is derived from natural soil bacteria, but it's still a pesticide, so follow label directions. Place bait carefully and keep kids and pets away from treated mounds until the bait is collected by ants or removed.
