Ingredients
Three turf-type tall fescue cultivars selected for dark green color, drought resistance, and deep root development. Each variety is A-LIST approved, meaning it meets high standards for quality, sustainability, and reduced maintenance.
How to use
- Time it right. Plant in spring or fall when temperatures are between 55 and 75 degrees F. Winter dormant seeding works below 40 degrees F.
- Set your rate. Use 2 lbs per 1,000 sq ft for overseeding, or 8 lbs per 1,000 sq ft for new lawns and heavy repair.
- Start low on your spreader. Begin at the lowest setting and adjust up until you hit the right coverage.
- Water consistently. Keep the seed moist for 1 to 3 weeks until it sprouts. Light, frequent watering beats one heavy soak.
- Watch it fill in. Expect to see sprouts in 7 to 14 days. Keep foot traffic light until your new grass is established.
