Helpful Tips from Lawn Advisors:
How does this lawn-safe weed killer work?
Grass and weeds absorb iron differently. Weeds quickly take in too much iron, which becomes toxic and kills them. Grass absorbs iron more slowly and can tolerate higher amounts.
What weeds does Dandelion Doom control?
Dandelion Doom is effective on broadleaf weeds like black medic*, broadleaf plantain, bull thistle, Canada thistle*, common chickweed*, creeping buttercup, creeping charlie/ground ivy*, dandelion, dovefoot geranium*, English daisy*, false dandelion, healall*, moss, liverworts*, algae* and lichens*, narrow-leaved plantain*, oxalis, Persian Speedwell, prostrate knotweed*, shepherd’s-purse*, silverweed cinquefoil*, slender speedwell*, white clover, wild chamomile*.
It can also control or suppress diseases such as but not limited to*: Dollar Spot, Rust or Snow Mold.
*Not approved for this use in California. Please see CA label for all approved use.
Do I need the Dandelion Doom Starter Pack to use this product?
Yes, these are refill concentrates only. You'll need the sprayer and pouch that come with the Dandelion Doom Starter Pack or Starter 2-Pack to apply this product.
How many applications will I get from this 2-pack?
Each bottle treats up to 224 sq. ft. of lawn area, so the 2-pack provides enough concentrate for two separate applications at this coverage, or one application over a larger 448 sq. ft. area.
How to use Dandelion Doom with other Sunday products?
You can apply Dandelion Doom before or after lawn fertilizer. Allow weed control products to dry completely before applying other liquid products or watering your lawn–the longer the weed control absorbs, the more effective the application.
Does Dandelion Doom stain?
It can cause staining due to high iron formula. Avoid using on sidewalks or hard surfaces. If you spill, immediately rinse the area. For best results, mix over lawn or landscape

Should have listened to the other negative reviews before buying. Followed directions, applied in sunny/dry conditions, and even applied to a variety of different weeds. It's been two days, and every single weed is still alive and well.
I used this product approximately 24hrs ago on my lawn on both clover and some broad leaf weeds and I can see it working already. The weeds have already browned and are shriveling while the grass has remained healthy. I used this product with some level of skepticism after reading the other reviews ...
I used Dandelion Doom without success. I left a review and Sunday contacted me and worked though the issue with *and actual person*. They explained what may have happened and they sent me a different product to try after looking at pictures of the weeds in my lawn that I sent. Kudos for the advice a...
Applied as directed. Did not kill a single weed. I would not use again. Very disappointed.
Did the 2 rounds of this and neither worked to get rid of our weeds! We did it during dandelion season too!
I had high hopes that this would work on dandelions and creeping charlie. It did not. Dandelions do wilt, but simply return. Creeping charlie was barely affected. Back to herbicides, unfortunately.
This was my first time using dandelion doom. We are up in Bozeman MT with unpredictable weather right now but I made sure to choose the right day - sunny and warm with emerging, healthy dandelions (covering pretty much our entire lawn, they were out of control this year). So I took my time spraying ...
We applied this product as instructed: it was the ideal temperature, on actively growing weeds, and applied as a spot treatment. I’d estimate it worked on less than half of the dandelions in our yard. After two emails with Sunday, their answer seems to be “apply it again. ” We used what was included...
The product is a "4," but the sprayers are a "0. " I bought two sprayers at the end of last year to use this spring, but they clogged on the first use. I'm unsure what is getting stuck inside, but it is slimy and thick. I've tried shaking the concentrate to break up the gunk as best as possible. It ...
Unfortunately, Dandelion Doom Weed Killer did nothing for my lawn. I drenched the leaves and spread heavily throughout but the lawn is still riddled with weeds! Some areas now have more weeds than before. I have also seeded twice after applying and I'm still under a bed of weeds.
