Your organic alternative, in a refill

Weed Warrior Concentrate Refill is a glyphosate-free organic weed and grass killer made from herbicidal soap. It strips the waxy coating off dandelions, crabgrass, chickweed, thistle, and plantain, with visible results in 20 minutes. Heads up, it kills grass too, so stick to driveways, patios, sidewalks, garden beds, and between pavers. For in-lawn weeds, grab Dandelion Doom.

What makes Weed Warrior Weed & Grass Killer Concentrate Refill different

  • Visible results in as little as 20 minutes
  • Glyphosate-free and OMRI-listed organic
  • Non-staining formula for patios and pavers
  • Works with your reusable Sunday sprayer
  • Works on 18+ weeds, moss, algae, and lichens

Ingredients

Herbicidal soap made from fatty acids. It breaks down the waxy outer layer on leaves, causing weeds to lose moisture and dry out rapidly.

How to use

Apply when temperatures are between 50 and 85 degrees F and no rain is expected for at least 3 hours.

  1. Pour the concentrate into your reusable Sunday pouch.
  2. Fill the pouch with water to the 1 gallon mark.
  3. Shake the pouch well to mix.
  4. Spray until leaves are entirely covered, top and bottom.
  5. Repeat in 2 to 3 weeks for any regrowth.

Will Weed Warrior kill my grass?

Weed Warrior Weed & Grass Killer Concentrate Refill is a non-selective herbicide, meaning it will kill any vegetation it contacts, including grass. Use Weed Warrior on driveways, patios, sidewalks, garden beds, and mulched areas.

For weeds growing in your lawn, use Dandelion Doom instead.

How fast does Weed Warrior work?

Weed Warrior Concentrate Refill delivers visible results in as little as 20 minutes. The herbicidal soap strips the waxy coating off leaves, causing weeds to dry out and brown on contact.

For tougher weeds with deep roots, repeat the application in 2 to 3 weeks.

What is the difference between Weed Warrior and Dandelion Doom?

Weed Warrior Concentrate Refill is non-selective, meaning it eliminates all vegetation on contact. Use it on patios, driveways, and garden beds. Dandelion Doom is selective and targets broadleaf weeds like dandelions and clover while leaving grass unharmed.

Is Weed Warrior a good alternative to Roundup?

Weed Warrior Concentrate Refill is a glyphosate-free, OMRI-listed organic weed and grass killer. It uses herbicidal soap from fatty acids instead of glyphosate. You can see weeds brown and wilt within 20 minutes of application, with no harsh chemicals.

Do I need the starter pack to use this refill?

Weed Warrior Concentrate Refill requires the Sunday reusable pouch and wand sprayer to apply. If you do not already have the sprayer system, pick up a [Herbicide Pouch + Sprayer](https://www.getsunday.com/shop/lawn-care/sunday-weed-killer-pouch-and-sprayer) or a Weed Warrior Starter Pack.

How long does Weed Warrior concentrate last?

Weed Warrior Concentrate Refill has a shelf life of approximately 2 years. After the initial mixing, shake the pouch well again if it sits for 30 or more days before the next use.

We're sorry to hear that your weed control results aren't as expected! Here are some Best Practices to follow for best results. 1.) Try to apply on a sunny day. While not mandatory, sunshine will improve the efficacy and speed of our herbicides. With sunshine unfiltered by clouds, our herbicides will work even better. A rainfall within 3 hours after application can make the herbicides ineffective. Optimal temperatures for application are between 50F to 85F. 2.) Apply when the weeds look healthy. When weeds are stressed or injured, weeds release hormones to recover. These hormones make herbicides less effective. Hormones are also released if weeds are mowed; we recommend not applying on the same day you mow. 3.) Apply the leaves liberally. Our herbicides just need to make contact with the leaves to work; trying to apply to the roots won't be effective. For best results, you want the leaves soaked, but not to the point where the herbicides is dripping off the leaves. 4.) Know the age of the weed. Older and established weeds will likely require more applications. For older weeds, we recommend doing multiple applications on the same day; just let the leaves dry out in-between applications.

Amazing

The 2024 spring season in Wisconsin met us with a lot of rain. Between juggling work/ family/ animal needs we just could not stay on top of the weeds in our many flower beds. We have dogs, chickens, outdoor koi and two bee hives on our land- so having something "safer" was necessary. We tried the da...

No impact at all

Sprayed this product on weeds and no impact. My initial thought was rains the next day impacted the application so used a second round on a hot day with no rain. Again, absolutely no impact on any of the weeds sprayed. Very dissatisfied with this product.

Bye bye grass in flowerbeds

So the new flowerbed had some Bermuda grass coming up through the weed guard paper, not any more. I watched it get wilty within 30 minutes when I went to check on it. I pulled the dead grass the next morning. Other weeds I hit in the flowerbed where much easier to pull then weeds I didn’t hit with w...

Didn’t work

I used this product on a number of weeds, twice. The weeds still live and this product didn’t touch them, I had high hopes for this product, however, it did not work for me.

This product should be renamed!

It's called Weed Warrior. It should be called Vegetation Killer! It kills everything! I asked the support will it kill my grass too? "Our herbicide killer is specifically designed to target unwanted grass with direct application. Rest assured, it is highly unlikely to harm your existing grass." Not ...

DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ☹️

I really wanted to like Sunday Weed Warrior because of it not having dangerous chemicals and being more natural alternative to traditional weed spray. However, I use this multiple times on my weeds and they didn’t even wilt a bit. It’s almost as if it fed them vs. killed them. They continued to grow...

I was totally amazed at

I was totally amazed at how fast the results revealed how it works. Sprayed at noon and by 4 pm it was obvious to me the weeds were done. Sunday said it was quick - it was faster than that!
